After being inspired by the lovely Miss Deligracy, I've decided to get more into trying to build and create realistic(ish) homes. First level complete open-concept floorplan. Master suite and second bedroom on upper level. Half-bath on first level, full bath and 3/4 bath on second level. Laundry room in basement.
