I adapted this house by #Fischio to first do a super-sim challenge, and then use that super-sim for 100 baby challenge. The wing has mumma's seduction boudoir, baby and toddler room, office, formal living room, art music room and formal dining kitchen. Upstairs is a girl child room, boy child room, and 3 guest suites / teenager rooms with en-suites.
