I've built this home to use in my own new sim life (introducing a new sim to my wold) and it's ideal for a Sim on a budget, maybe just graduated or at university to use as a first home. I've tried to use just the base game items to make the base house usable by all but some of the furnishings are from various expansions. This is a fully furnished house, ready to move into.
