Pity, I misplaced the #kateemeraldstrickyshell on a 40x30 lot. Still happy though with my #firsttry on a shell. This is a house with a small apartment flat in slightly romantic/gothic style (including kitchen, bed and bath). Above there is a two floor house with space for four people (preferably two couples). Two bedrooms and bathrooms, a great big living room, kitchen and dining room. Lot of seating opportunities outside and a small pool in the backyard.
