I know the price is a bit steep for a starter home but we all know our way around that ;p This factory loft is furnished with simple (secondhand) furnish and deco. There's is plenty of room to make it bigger for a family or housemates, Ground floor is the factory floor and unused. There is a usable roofpart in the back for whatever you want it to be.
