The first house I ever "built" I just found it and thought I'd upload it (why not right?). This is the house Scorpius and Albus (my first sims ever) raised their two daughters Luna Potter and "Cass" Cassiopeia Potter (later in their life when both their daughters moved out they remodeled the girl's bedroom into a cat room for Tux).
