Repurpose of the original house as a tourist trap....erm....I mean as a village shop.A place to sell everything your industrious sims can make.And if you manage to fleece all those strangers that suddenly run around in Finchwick, well, that's a good thing, isn't it? Place it as it is and buy stuff yourself or manage it and find the stash of sellable goods in the attic.
