My 2nd gen cottage core sim became teen sweethearts with his goth neighbour and once they grew up they started a #vetclinic together. They actually live on this lot, they have a home lot but they never go there, it's a bit tricky with pets. I didn't risk giving birth in the hospital either, fearing the baby'd end up on the home lot.
