I built this building to help me achieve the #BasketCase #Achievement It features each room corresponding to each emotion required. I made it a retail lot in order for your sims to travel there as a type of 'community' lot where they wont be pestered by other sims. Most rooms have a painting my sims have created to put your sim in an angry/sad etc mood. Or they have the plumbob lights that you unlocked by owning The Sims 3.
