Some says this festival is haunted at night, but I'm sure these gnomes will help make the place safer for non-occult sims! - (it's highly recommended BUT NOT REQUIRED the use of mods that automatically fill NPCs to the food stalls, as the game don't do that by itself unless you pay to have the vendors there.
