I recommend using LittleMsSam's "Auto Employees - Custom Lot Trait" mod for this lot so that you can get the vendors, performers and bartender to show up automatically. Also, ignore the chess table and monkey bars in the "basement". They're just there to satisfy the lot requirement, lol.
