It took me incredibly long to build this but it's finally done! A cute little boardwalk type of marketplace themed and decorated for the holidays. You can place this lot as a residential, cafe, retail, bar or vet clinic lol. There is a comic book/figurine store, a vet clinic, a cafe, a bar, a plant shop, a wedding dress shop, and 4 little apartments as well!
