With inspiration in Spanish houses, I build this house for a family or roomates w. two bedrooms for adults and a kid's/teenager's room w. 2 beds. There is a swimming pool, computer, games, room for urban garden, a kitchen/dining room and a common room. I'm going to build scientist stuff in the basement for my scientist sim, but I left it empty for now, so that you can put in the relevant furnitures for your sims' hobbies and/or work. #spanishhouse #family #familyhouse #nocc #happysimming
