While it is a little on the expensive side, this "farmhouse' is perfect for a growing family. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is very spacious. The playroom can be converted to another bedroom if needed, and also includes a study room for children sims attached to it, as well as s Jack and Jill bathroom.
