Perfect house for a #smallfamily, #couple or #singlesim . It has #cute #dormers and is currently set up for #2kids . I didn't limit packs on this build, so sorry in advance, but if you only have the base game, the house will still work as the house is #mostlybasegame . The #attic does not show up well in the picture so sorry about that, but it has a bathroom, bedroom, and loft space that is currently being used as a #readingnook but you could turn it into a #3rdbedroom This has been #playtested
