Built in the late 1800s, Hoan, A. Beuford saught to build a tower to rise above all of Gnomeburbia. Alas, as his body aged and his mind failed he found himself in a dementic state of paranoia and suspision. After his passing in 2007, aged 116, Sim City deemed the property a histoical building and forbid it's decommission.
