Just a quick tiny 2 bedroom build. Made in mind for a family of parents plus 2 kids (1 toddler/1 child). This one's sort of ugly, but I wanted to try making a split level. I tried to stay on budget for a starter (with a family of 4) so this was made with whatever funds I had.
