Built on the #SapphireShores of #Sulani by one of my sims who made it #rich and #fancy; This is a great home to #party, have good times and, personally, make paintings around.....If you can afford it, that is. It uses a lot of power, so the weekly bill with lights always going is over 6k simoleons. Alternatively can be used as a #luxury #rental lot or #lounge if the bedroom is redone. #nocc used and downgraded/took out a few things personal to my own sim, so all unlockables should be removed.
