90% of credit goes to the user Wrathofcath for her original "An Apple a Day Farm" which I took and modified into a much larger farm with a barn house, and other random details like trucks and a recreation area. This farm requires a lot of upkeep. A gardener will only care for 1/5th of the plants. I had to use quite a few sims to keep it going.
