A starter home for a family with 3 kids/teens and a toddler. I rarely build starter homes and keeping it under 20000 simoleons was a bit of a challenge hehe! I designed this as a home that the sims could renovate and extend over time. A house they can move straight into but the previous owners haven't redecorated for atleast a couple of decades.
