This is a beach home. It's not my first build but it is actually my first build that's actually totally full of sims stuff and doesn't have any cc. I hope you enjoy! It's a home for either 1 sim or 2 sims, I was playing while making it so it also includes a toddler bed so you can include a kid in there.
