This is a 'small home' tier tiny home made for a family of 8. It is not the prettiest beast but I did what had to be done for my sim family of 8 and maybe you have a similar need but don't want to do the building. Here it is. I mostly used the parenthood and tiny living packs and I slightly cheated the walls in the toddler room and living room, so it is more like 110-115 tiles realistically but still counts as 100 for the lot traits.
