This is one of the first houses I have ever created because I normally play mainly with CAS... but I am hoping to get better at the interior design and build aspect of the game. This home is perfect for a couple or just one sim and has a bathroom with a shower. The build also has a kitchen, living space, dining space, bedroom and an office space (in which could be converted into a separate bedroom for a child or a roomate.)
