A #familymansion , #familymanor , or #familyhome made with 1 mastor bedroom (1/3 of that tower is for the master bedroom!), 1 child's room, 1 teen's room, and 1 toddler's room. There are also several porches/patios (the master bedroom has an enormous one!), eating areas, and an enormous playground. My favourite part of this house is the living room, so go watch TV! (I also love the garden area I created for sims to wait for the bus/carpool or just chill c:)
