A cozy cabin for a small family! Suitable for a couple of parents and a kid (the room can easily be redecorated for a teen, you just have to delete some kid stuff!). In my head the kid is homeschooled (I wish we had that in the sims!), so the attic has been converted into a learning space for the kid.
