I redesigned this lot for the #Roomies there are 4 seprate homes on this lot all sharing a central courtyard with pool lots of seating, and outdoor bar. Each house has one bed and one bath and are completly decorated with any and everything your Sims could want. There is a basment level laundry with 3 sets of machines as well as a secret storage room with some activities.
