It's not a huge house, but its quite specious. This house can be places on much smaller parcel. There is one master bedroom, one room for young boy and one room for teenage girl. You can find also on office on the ground floor and small one on the first. There is also small laundry and spaceous garage, where you can put some stuff for your sims.
