A nice country side styles home with a great wrap (almost) around balcony for veiwing the lake, or whatever else your sim desires to view, within reason of course. Pretty tradtional in the inside (i think) and hopefully a great fit for your sim families. Pretty generic bedrooms so you can change them or just add things to personalize them to fit your sims.
