this cottage was abandoned in the middle of the wood. the garden has overgrown a bit, and although it may look like someone is tending to it once in a while, the inside of the cottage is totally forgotten. Some birds and animals have probably lived inside it and it's covered in leaves. I'm pretty sure it's not even connected to the grid either.
