No CC. First time build so it's not as polished as many other builds around, but it's fuctional and packed full of fun. Very kid oriented (large families will enjoy this for sure). Aside from trees and other fauna, features a few water features, basement, and two greenhouses. Make sure to use bb.moveobjects on if moving any items.
