Renovated version of Factory One...which honestly was pretty much like someone at Maxis dropped acid and then built a house. Only kitchen and bathrooms have furniture to give an idea of how I saw this coming about. This is like a Tudor town mansion. Huge and lots of room to spread out your sims.
