This former gas regulating #factory from 1887 has been remade into an absolutely stunning #loft. The combination of naked bricks, modern art, plants and stylish furniture works like a charm here! With an #openplan floor space this is a perfect party pad for those socialite sims but the view and #pool are perfect for aspiring artists and athletes. There is plenty room for expansion to build more bedrooms. I hope you like my first build!
