This is one of few active concepts I'm thinking for myself in the future (minus some stuff like laundry) but all the same a personal build of mine and more along reality. I don't need a lot of space and love open spaces with natural lighting. Despite being open concept the various levels separate the spaces to allow some sense of closure while remaning open.
