This is my new modern house. I used a plan on familyhomeplans.com and I did some modifications. There's 5 BDR (2+3), 1 playroom, 4 BTHR (2+2), 1 laundry room, 1 study or desk, 2 garages. I recommand to download the house with furnitures (I don't put a lot, only for landmarks like kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. AND also, I recommand to put the house on a corner terrain.
