So/D//S//Pa (South Park)
It seems that the overlap between south park fans and dedicated sims builders start, and end, with me... so I spent a bunch of hours recreating the So/D//S//Pa district that got abandoned. It's a very ugly building, but I stayed faithful to the design down to every little detail.
