I built a homeless shelter that can be used in "rags to riches" games or for other RP's. The idea is this was an old abandoned business that was converted to a shelter to help with the homeless crisis in the city. The place is old, dirty and meagar. However it does offer basic neccessities to sims as well as opportunities to raise skills that may allow you to earn money.
