After too many complaints that #teens were being a nuissance at the children's playground an ambitious young city council member convinced the mayor that instead of cracking down on them, they should have a place of their own where it's not graffiti, it's #murals. This park has a homework area, #espresso bar, small #arcade, and #karaoke. Knowing that #dogs can be great for helping shy teens meet others all those ammenities were included.
