A former Tea #factory and #warehouse #refurbished and turned into 3 apartments. One #townhouse, a single bedroom, and a #studio. Part of the original factory building remains in shambles. There is room for a #squatter or two in there (cot and couch). Each apartment has a patio of some kind. You can lock doors and use the roommate system in the game to share rent.
