Once a run down furniture factory, Rosenberg's was bought by a pair of starry eyed developers who wanted to turn it into all things hip. Now it features a brewery, lobby coffee shop, four unique (but definitely overpriced) apartments, & even a rooftop pool. Inspired by the converted warehouse breweries & apartments in New Orleans, it is named after the city's iconic furniture store.
