Aleksandr Straud founded the Straud Asylum in the late 1800s. It was in use up until 1950, where old Aleks suddenly disappeared, and the residents were left to fend for themselves. It is said that many of the residents were disfigured from the horrible experiments performed on them, and that they eventually started a cult.
