Mansion Shell 4 my reno
Not exactly a shell, but it's only half furnished. There are empty versions on my gallery. Living spaces are furnished but bedrooms have placeholder furniture so you can customize it for your sims! Also it's really expensive due to the landscaping, you can easily make it significantly cheaper by deleting some of the bushes and flowers.
