Waterfront Factory
This is a newly #abandoned #warehouse down near the port of #EvergreenHarbor. This place would make an excellent #community space for sims to express themselves through #art, #gardening, #fabricating, #music, and #dance. Just don't choke on the smog, hopefully someone will fix that someday. Until then, let your sims live it up in this "free" community space that is fully #furnished for #fun, but with plenty of #space to expand and #customize !
