One of the #grimsquarry lots which I've built on. I tried to use as much of the #ecolifestyle pack as possible. It has one bed and one bathroom. I have a young sim couple living in the lot and its perfect for them and definitely has potential to add rooms as the family grows. I also added a #basement to use as a gym and for some of the new eco lifestyle items. The bedroom is on a mezzinine type floor which I thought worked pretty well with the eco lifestyle aesthetic #house #evergreenharbor
