I built this container home for a single sim and their cat! Used mostly Eco Lifestyle but there are minor items from other packs here and there (mainly deco objects, easily replaceable if you don't have those packs). Ground floor: entrance area, open plan kitchen, dining space, bathroom. First floor: bedroom, desk, small living space.
