I took Maxis's Grungy #Warehouse build from #CityLiving and relocated it to #TheWaterfront lot in #EvergreenHarbor from #EcoLifestyle where it seemed more at home. I made the upstairs rooms more like they were part of the original warehouse: an office overlooking the warehouse floor, two restrooms and a breakroom with the kitchen. I used unlimited packs. I imagine 3 runaway teens live here and have moved in whatever furniture they can find to make this their new home. #GrungyWarehouse
