The Waterfront MakerSpace
I renovated the Waterfront makerspace in Evergrenn Harbor. Also I added a bedroom, because my Sims stay here all day long and desperately need a place to rest. If you have trouble placing it as a makerspace, just place it as a community space. It should work just fine then.
