This is an orphanage, for young, troubled teens and children. The children lives downstairs, and are forbidden to wander upstairs, they are not even sure how to get there. The house looks peaceful, but it is not so. For it is run by an evil witch and her vampire companion. They prey on the children and use them as bloodbanks and sacrifices in their evil craft.
