Built on the 20x20 lot in Windenburg but can be placed on a larger lot if you wish to expand on it for your gameplay. Dormer isn't a room; it's purely decorative. Note that this particular lot may be difficult to play from the back (I had a bit of trouble building from the back when zooming out too much).
