#Refurb of #RockridgeSprings in #EvergreenHarbour from #EcoLiving. Designed with a specific sim in mind, but should be easilly tweaked to fit anyone's gameplay. Uses mostly the #OriginalLayout, with only real additions being a "natural" pool nearby.and a back deck with a garden area and grill. Some quality luxury items balanced with affordable energy/water efficient ones. Very #green, as the sim I decorated this for has all outdoorsy/green traits and is a forest ranger.
