This beautiful house has totally been restored from maker Ulrick7's "The Collingwood" found in the gallery. Abandoned and ruined no longer. Now it's a wonderful addition to any neighborhood. Don't be fooled by it's size, I've gutted the original floor plan and used the space wisely. 4 bedrooms, 2 floors, lush gardens and more. Perfect for any sim family.
